of the death of Robert Kelly, who
held the post of Clerkship of the Crown
and Peace for Co Westmeath.
I beg to apply through you for the
vacancy, and will be obliged if you
will forward my application to the
proper quarters. I have had an
extensive County Court and Equity
practice for the past thirteen years
and hold the highest testimonials as
to my efficiency. I have been local
solicitor for the Congested Districts
Board for Co Roscommon for twelve 2 years. I should mention that I am
