May (No. 91808/16), I am directed by the Lords
Justices to forward, for submission to the Post-
master-General, the accompanying police reports
respecting the case of Mr. JOHN JOSEPH HAND, and
I am to say that, on further consideration, Their
Excellencies think that this man may safely be
allowed to receive instruction in wireless
