Major General
Director General A.V.S.
London
Dear Sir , In reply to your inquiry
I desire to say I have known Mr.
P.A.Carroll M.R.C.V.S since
he took up residence in Carlow
which is now some few years
ago. I believe he had first qualified
at the time. I have much pleasure
in stating that he is a young
man of exemplary character,
rather trustworthy, and in my opinion,
in every way fit for the position
he's seeking. I may also
say, as regards his professional
knowledge, that he stands very
high in the estimation of his
numerous clients. Personally I trust he will be
successful in obtaining the Commission
which he as applied for
as I am convinced he is in every
way fit for the position and further more that he will never
sully if appointed Yours respectfully Michael Governey
