Father Bally writes to the editor of the Irish Citizen regarding issues receiving his copies of the magazine. The Irish Citizen was an Irish suffrage newspaper which ran from 1912 until 1920. The paper was largely edited by Francis Sheehy Skeffington (1878-1916) and his wife (1877-1946). The paper circulated Irish feminist ideology and included a focused interpretation of feminist responses to the outbreak and involvement in World War I.
