Same Address 8 — 2 — 16 My Dear
Mother Just a few lines to let
you know I am well. I received your
2 parcels & letters & paper. I am sorry
I did not write but we were on the
move and I did not get the chance. Have you seen Millar Hutton in
the Port yet he is home on leave.
Hedley is back with us again.
He was telling me he had a good
time while he was with Headqrs I hope the fishing is still
improving. Scott is back
again too. They haven't the good
2
time now that he had. Scott says
its nicer getting your breakfast in bed
than rising at 5.30. Tell Mr M Auley
I was asking for him. All at present.
With love to all. I remain
Your Loving Son Sammie.
