HW Masses Gentlemen, I met Mr. J.J Fogarty here in
Longford on last Tuesday by appointment. I
went over all the defects that I require remedied,
and when all was finished he told me, point
blank, that he had no intention of doing any
more work. I received the enclosed communication
from him on Friday. yesterday. I cannot grant final certificate until he
remedies the defects existing and which I forwarded
to him more than once. J.J. Fogarty informs me that he purchased
his brother's estate from the Courts and is thus
entitled to recover all debts due to 2
