 Longford Nov 5th 15 HW Masses Gentlemen, I met Mr. J.J Fogarty here in Longford on last Tuesday by appointment. I went over all the defects that I require remedied, and when all was finished he told me, point blank, that he had no intention of doing any more work. I received the enclosed communication from him on Friday. yesterday. I cannot grant final certificate until he remedies the defects existing and which I forwarded to him more than once. J.J. Fogarty informs me that he purchased his brother's estate from the Courts and is thus entitled to recover all debts due to Christopher Fogarty. Your obdt. Servant J.C. Thompson To.
