U.J.Burke, Esq., L.R.C.P. & S.I., Stratford, London, E. Sir, The President and Fellows of the Royal College of
Physicians of Ireland have received from the General
Medical Council details of the grounds upon which the
Council has removed your name from the Medical Register,
and I am directed by the President and Fellows to warn
you that if evidence of further misconduct on your part
be forthcoming they will have to consider the question
of depriving you of the diplomas you hold as a Licentiate
of the College. I am, Sir,
