Sir,   The President and Fellows of the Royal College of<lb/>Physicians of Ireland have received from the General<lb/>Medical Council details of the grounds upon which the<lb/>Council has removed your name from the Medical Register,<lb/>and I am directed by the President and Fellows to warn<lb/>you that if evidence of further misconduct on your part<lb/>be forthcoming they will have to consider the question<lb/>of depriving you of the diplomas you hold as a Licentiate<lb/>of the College.   I am, Sir,<lb/>Yours  <lb/>Fellow &amp; Registrar.
