RCP1/2/3/2/13/14 11th JANUARY 15. Dear Dr.Burke, I had great pleasure in reading to-day to
the College the record of your gallant conduct on the
8th November,1915, and of the reward conferred on you
in consequence by His Majesty. The President and Fellows desire me to
convey to you their warmest congratulations on the
honour you have received. May I at the same time
offer you my personal congratulations on having
performed what we all look on as a very gallant deed. Believe me to be,
