approved of Abingdon in Oxfordshire as your new
place of residence. You are provided with a single ticket to
Crewe & 13/- railway fare to Abingdon and you
will proceed forth with to Abingdon on arrival
there you will notify your arrival to the local
police and your new place of residence to the competent
Military Authority through the local police.
You are warned that in the event of your
returning to Ireland you will be arrested &
tried in England E.B. Friend Major General
