Vice-Principal.
Municipal Technical Institute. Dear Sir. I very much regret that I will be unable
to attend the meeting, to be held tomorrow evening,
to pass a Resolution of condolence with the
family of the late Captain Francis C. Forth. I
will be working out of town & I will not be in
Belfast at all on Monday evening. Had this not
been so, I would have most certainly been there. Yours faithfully. J.C.Ward
