Belfast 3rd March, 1920. Dear Sir (or Madam), At a recent meeting of the permanent staff
of the Municipal Techincal Institute It was decided
to tale steps to perpetuate, in the Institute, the memory
of the late Principal - Capt. Fras. C. Forth. The Memorial is to take the form of a
portrait in Oils which will be hung in the Institute
Library. Several members of the Occasional Teaching
Staff have expressed a desire to take part in this
movement; I am therefore writing to say that all who wish
to do so may contribute to the Memorial Fund. Contributions will be received at the General
Offie of the Institute, or they may be addressed to the
Hon. Treasurer, Professor Earls, Municipal Technical
