Correspondence Longford 21st Sept 1916 Dear Mr Lamb In reference to yours of the 19th
inst addressed to the reps. of the late Mr F. M ford
regarding the letting of her house and land at
the Ballymacormick Graveyard to the keeper
of the graveyard for the convenience of the
public

public I am glad to say that at the families
request the Reps. of Mr. M ford are agreeable
to restore Mrs. Farrell to her former residence
the yearly rent to be £6. the rent to be
secured by a surety of some means. There is
an acre of land with the house so that the
rent is a fair one. It is right to say now
that whatever little repairs are to be done to
the premises Mrs. Farrell must do them at her
own expense. If Mrs. Farrell calls here
with her surety I will get up the agreement
