 Correspondence Longford 21st Sept 1916 Dear Mr Lamb In reference to yours of the 19thinst addressed to the reps. of the late Mr F. M ford regarding the letting of her house and land at the Ballymacormick Graveyard to the keeper of the graveyard for the convenience of the public public I am glad to say that at the families request the Reps. of Mr. M ford are agreeable to restore Mrs. Farrell to her former residence the yearly rent to be £6. the rent to be secured by a surety of some means. There is an acre of land with the house so that the rent is a fair one. It is right to say now that whatever little repairs are to be done to the premises Mrs. Farrell must do them at her own expense.
