for the information of the Longford Urban
District Council the accompanying seals copy of a certificate made by
the Board in pursuance of the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3)
of Section 5 of the Housing of the Working Classes (Ireland) Act, 1908,
that the council was liable to pay or to set apart a sum of £ 343:15:3
in the financial year ended the 31st ultimo, in respect of an amount of
£6,400:0:0 borrowed by the council after the passing of the
Act, for the purposes of the Housing of the Working Classes (Ireland)
