LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD, DUBLIN    10th April, 1916   Sir,   I am directed by the Local Government Board for Ireland to forward <lb/>for the information of the Longford Urban <lb/>District Council the accompanying seals copy of a certificate made by <lb/>the Board in pursuance of the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3) <lb/>of Section 5 of the Housing of the Working Classes (Ireland) Act, 1908, <lb/>that the council was liable to pay or to set apart a sum of Â£ 343:15:3 <lb/>in the financial year ended the 31st ultimo, in respect of an amount of <lb/>Â£6,400:0:0 borrowed by the council after the passing of the <lb/>Act, for the purposes of the Housing of the Working Classes (Ireland) <lb/>Acts, 1890 o 1908. <seg type="closer"> I am, <lb/>Sir, <lb/>Your obedient Servant,  A.
