Deputy Coroner.
Telegrams- "ELLIOTT, CORONER."
Telephone No 24. STRABANE,
CO.TYRONE. 23rd June, 1916. King V Bonner & Ors. Dear Sir, We are acting for the defence in above case at next
Lifford Assizes and wish to summon as witnesses for the defence Edward
Brennan of Aughmeen, Dungloe and Patrick Sweeney of Cranashallow,
Dungloe who in our opinion are material witnesses. Our clients are poor
people and as they will incure very heavy expense in the defence and
in travelling from Dungloe to Lifford, we would ask you to have the
two witnesses summoned by the Crown. Yours faithfully, Elliott & Clarke H.T.
Gallagher Esq.,
Crown Solictor,
Strabane.
