Enniskillen 21st March, 1916. Dear MrKerr The gate you refer to in your letter of the
17th was put on without the knowledge or authority
of the late owners of Ballygonnill, M rT Elliot, and as
there never was a cart road through that field
I had the gate removed to where it now his
and will raise no objection if you put
it on where it now is for your own convenience
or that of your caretaker. I understand there is
a pass that way into your farm inRabionfor
carrying turf and luggage of any kind, But if you
wish to put on a gate and cart that way, it will
be alright. I have an objection to the making
of a cart road through my meadow field where
I intend to plough as soon as possible. When we get settled in Ballygonnill if you
run up we can have a look at the place
and a chat over it. In the meantime
