erection of new lamp Longford Gas Works
23.Nov.1915 Dear Sir With reference to your instructions
re fixing lamp in lane leading from New St
to Dublin Street, I beg to inform you that the cost
of running for supply to the position and fixing
lantern complete would be £6— I would propose running the supply from
Dublin Street to the position as I find this would
be the shortest route and the least expensive Providing your Council accepts my estimate
I would feel obliged if they would grant me a
little time to carry out the work as I would find
it very difficult to obtain the necessary piping in
a hurry besides I am particularly busy at
present. Yours Ffy
H.A. Thomas N Lamb
Town Clerk
Longford
