             Offices:- <lb/>Broad Street <lb/>Magherafelt   15th April 1916   Dear Sir,  <hi rend="underline">E Hogg deceased</hi>  I am in receipt of yours of 14th inst and beg to say that <lb/>Mr Millar Solicitor, Cookstown has written me that he has sent a Power <lb/>Of Attorney to <hi rend="underline">a brother of deceased who he thinks is alive but he is not sure</hi>.   My Client Mr john duff is convinced the man is dead and so <lb/>is every one else. I enclose your Mr Millar's letter which please return.   In meantime I can go no further with my application till <lb/>Mr Millar gets a reply.   Yours faithfully   James Brown   The Chief Crown Solicitor <lb/>Chief Secretary's Office <lb/>The Castle <lb/>Dublin.
