This is a letter to the Residential Medical Superintendent of the Killarney District Asylum. The letter regards the appointment of a new dressmaker and nurse at the asylum. It states that the author was directed to forward on the communications received from Mary O'Leary (1894-?), a dress maker from Kerry, for any observations the board may wish to make.
