               <p>The letter is from Mary McEvoy, servant on the Drumbaragh Estate in County Meath, to Agnes Sweetman, wife of politician John Sweetman (1844-1936) who owned the estate.
McEvoy expresses everyone's relief that the Master, John Sweetman, is coming home the following day and outlines some preparations they are making for his return. He had been imprisoned in England after the Easter Rising.</p>
