Telephone No. 1168 Major Rupert Stanley<lb/>B.A, M.I.E.E. F.I.R.E.<lb/>Principal Municipal Technical Institute<lb/>Belfast 20th February, 1920. Dear Sir (or Madam), With reference to the Memorial to the late<lb/>Captain Francis C. Forth, which was decided upon at the<lb/>meeting of the permanent staff held on Wednesday last, I<lb/>shall be glad if you will facilitate the completion of the<lb/>list of contributors by filling in the enclosed contribution<lb/>slip and returning it to the Honorary Treasurer (Professor<lb/>Earls) within the next few days. As several enquiries have been made regarding<lb/>the amount of the contributions expected, I take this<lb/>opportunity to say that it is not proposed to fix either a<lb/>maximum or minimum amount, as it is felt that this is a<lb/>matter that should be left entirely to each individual to<lb/>decide. Yours faithfully Rupert Stanley Principal.
