ForthPrincipal of the Municipal Techinical Instituteand Director of Techical Institution for theCity of Belfast RESOLUTION passed at the Meeting of the Permanent Staffand the Occasional Teachers at the Municipal TechnicalInstitutute, Belfast, on Monday, 3rd March, 1919 --------------------- RESOLVED That we the members of the Permanent Staff andthe Occasional Teachers of the Municipal Technical InstituteBelfast, in meeting assembled, place on record our deepregret and sorrow at the death of Captain F.G. Forth, thelate Principal of this Institute he has unspar-ingly devoted his outstanding powers of organisation, hiswide knowledge of educational affairs and his brilliant mentalgifts to the planning, erecting, equipping and organising thegreat Institute which will always be his chief and mostfitting monument.
