Dear Sir James,   Having, as requested, forwarded to<lb/>Lady Wilson a message from the recipients<lb/>of Honorary Degrees from the Queen's<lb/>University of Belfast, conveying to Lady<lb/>Wilson the expression of their profound sorrow<lb/>at the shocking tragedy which has deprived<lb/>her of her illustrious husband, and tendering<lb/>to her their respectful sympathy in her great<lb/>bereavement, I have now received from Lady<lb/>Wilson this accompanying reply, in which she<lb/>requests me to convey to the Graduates and all<lb/>concerned with Queen's University her deep<lb/>appreciation of their tributes to her beloved<lb/>husband's memory.
