The enclosed copy will interest you, and will probab- ly interest our friends Robert and Austin still more. I read Presddent Wilson's speeches as mere electioneering, — creating a public opinion in favour of "preparedness". Am I right? The papers here tell us he is preparing for war, but I cannot believe that.
