               <p>Pass for Dominick Browne (1897-1960) from the district inspector's office in Strabane allowing Browne to travel to the Royal College of Surgeons (RCSI) in Dublin. Browne was travelling to Dublin to sit the entrance exam at the RCSI. After qualifying in 1923 Browne worked as a physician for thirty years in Birmingham. The pass was signed by Sergeant Michael Parkinson of the Royal Irish Constabulary (RIC).
