              RCP1/2/3/2/13/144    5th FEB. 16.    The Registrar,<lb/>The Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland,<lb/>Dublin.    Dear Sir,   I am obliged for your letter of the 3rd inst., <hi rend="underline">re</hi><lb/>the sale of Carbolic Acid preparations for Agricultural<lb/>and Horticultural purposes. The President and Fellows of<lb/>the College carefully considered the matter yesterday<lb/>and came to the conclusion that is was advisable that<lb/>the sale of this drug for these purposes should be brought<lb/>under regulations similar to those which obtain in England.   I remain, dear Sir,<lb/>Yours faithfully,<lb/>Fellow &amp; Registrar.
