John Newcomen Edgeworth (b. 1852) was the Secretary to the Longford County Council.

Nicholas Lamb (b. 1861) was the Town Clerk of Longford and served on the Longford Urban District Council. The Longford Urban District Council was the towns local authority and was renamed the Longford Town Council in 2002.</p>

Within seven days of receipt of this notice a <lb/>special meeting should be summoned with 14 <lb/>days notice, to decide whether an appeal shall <lb/>be lodged against this declaration.
