             Town Surveyor &amp;<seg type="unclear">questionable reading</seg> Officers Report  Mr Chairman &amp; Gentlemen   I beg to report that I have had a house<lb/>in Blue Yard disinfected and some bedding<lb/>etc. burned for which I append a bill.  Mr Martin closed a drain that took the<lb/>overflow from Quarry and then wanted to<lb/>prevent the men working unless a pipe<lb/>drain is made.. I told them not to mind him<lb/>but go on with their work but we shall<lb/>probably hear more about it —  I consider the grate in Mr <seg type="unclear">Friars</seg> house<lb/>St. Niels Road could be reset and new<lb/>concrete hearth put in for about 10/-  Your obdt Servant<lb/>J Slevin   3:7:16
