A letter from John Nevin to the Longford Urban District Council giving his report on the collection of rent in Longford. As well as the rent collector, John Nevin (b. 1866) was Town Sergeant for Longford. The Longford Urban District Council was the towns local authority and was renamed the Longford Town Council in 2002.
