Letter from Father G. Mathers to Dr. McCaffrey indicating that on the recommendation/request of the President of St. Patrick's College, Maynooth, he sent ‘faculties’ in relation to some young men (probably in connection with their entering the Priesthood). The writer seems to seeking to intercept the correspondence and stall the process.
