This letter was written by John Robert Wilson (b.1865) to Frederick Hugh Crawford (1861-1952), soldier and UVF gun-runner. During the first world war Crawford was appointed OC Royal Army Service Corps in Northern Ireland. In this letter Wilson explains that he did not have a chance to reply, due to illness, to Crawford's note, in regards 'Naomi's visit'. Wilson is keen to have Naomi visit him, but wishes to postpone it until the end of her next term for various reasons and he promises to write to her accordingly.
