As sanitation authority for the area, the Midleton Urban District Council approves the move, provided she gets the consent of the church authorities.

CORK,   14th. day of June 1916   Mrs. Margaret O'Brien, <lb/>The Green, <lb/>MIDLETON   Dear Madam/   With reference to your application for <lb/>permission to remove the remains of your husband <lb/>from one grave to another in the burial ground <lb/>attached to the Protestant Church, I am directed <lb/>by the Midleton Urban District Council to inform <lb/>you that they, as Sanitary Authority for the <lb/>District, express their consent to this course, <lb/>on the understanding that you are able to obtain the <lb/>consent of the church Authorities.   Yours faithfully   <hi rend="underline">Jerome J. Roynane</hi>   I. Instruct police not to interfere <lb/>with Mrs. O'Brien or her agents <lb/>when engaged in the transfer <lb/>of the remains   II.
