               <p>The telegram was sent to congratulate Augusta Caroline Dillon (née Crofton), Lady Clonbrock (1840-1928), and her husband, Luke Gerald Dillon, 4th Baron Clonbrock (1834-1917), on the occasion of their golden wedding anniversary in July 1916. Lady Clonbrock was also a prominent member of the Irish Women's Association, founded to provide aid and assistance to Irish soldiers and prisoners of war. The telegram was sent by 'Trotty'. </p>
