This is a letter to John J. Taylor (b. 1860), principle clerk for the Chief Secretary's Office, from Lord Basil Blackwood (1870-1917), a British lawyer and civil servant who died at the battle of Ypres in 1917. The letter discusses the payment of Blackwood for his work as private secretary to the household of Ivor Guest (1873-1939), Lord Wimborne, the lord lieutenant. Blackwood enquires where he may obtain documents relating to his income tax to supply to the agent.

I do not know whether such a document is obtainable.
