This letter is from a collection Patrick English (1894-1970), who at the time of writing was a prisoner in Stafford Prison and Frongoch internment camp. The letter is to English from Mary. The author states that they are delighted to hear Patrick is well, but goes on to state that his family are very lonely without him. The author also states that she has sent paper and stamps for him to write, also noting that one of the sisters in the convent has sent him items and for this Patrick must pray for her.
