This letter was written by L. P. B. concerning the role of priests in the 1916 Rising. In the letter the authors states that if troops search the homes of priests in Ireland, and the archbishop's palace in Dublin, they will find plenty of firearms. He adds that in counties such as Galway and Mayo the priests have been head of the rebels.
