This is a letter from Sir Malachy Kelly (1851-1916), the Chief Crown Solicitor of Ireland, to Thomas Atwell who was a solicitor in Co. Roscommon. Kelly is returning enclosures to Atwell after the Attorney General refused to interfere in an issue.
