This is a letter from Arthur Perry Lynch (b.1866), assistant Chief Crown Solicitor, to James Brown, a solicitor. The letter is in relation to the death of Elizabeth Hogg and the writer states that his office would be happy to hear more from Brown to enable the matter to be dealt with.
