              Town Surveyor report   Mr. Chairman &amp; Gentlemen   I beg report that <lb/>we had again some trouble with the drain at <lb/>back of houses on S<hi rend="superscript">t</hi> Mel's Road, causes by <lb/>tenants leaving cinders etc at their back <lb/>doors and I may add the back of the houses <lb/>is in a bad state.  There have been rumors made <lb/>that the graves are not made deep enough <lb/>in Ballymacormick graveyard, it would <lb/>be well to appoint a person for that purpose <lb/>as at present anyone could go and dig where <lb/>he likes-  A lot of the fountain fitting are worn <lb/>out and I have written to Glenfield &amp; <lb/>Kennedy for renewals <seg type="closer"> Your <sic>obdt servt</sic>  Joseph Slevin </seg>
