Mr Chairman & Gentlemen I beg to report that I have collected rents for the past month to the amount of £36.10.1 which I lodged as follows — Rent £30.11.9 and rates £5.18.4 to credit of Rate a/c The Lamps were lighted from the 1st to the 8th. There were seven lamps out on the Battery Road on the 20th and 21st and the rest lighted from the 18th to the 22nd — on the 22nd 31 lamps were not lighted on the 27th. 28th. & 29th there were three lamps out.
