In this postcard, A.H. assures Miss K. Fallon that he or she arrived home safely on Sunday night and apologises to Miss Fallon for being unable to see her during the week. Miss Fallon is also promised good news, and A.H. asks her to call in on Saturday at 3 o'clock while sending sending 'love to all at home'. The reverse of the picture postcard depicts Sackville Street, Dublin, 'BEFORE AND AFTER: SINN FEIN REBELLION', depicting Sackville Street (now called O'Connell Street) before and after the Rising.
