                To the King's most Excellent Majesty.   May it please Your Majesty,   The Presbytery of Ireland in connection with <lb/> the United Free Church of Scotland at their <lb/> first meeting after the recent outbreak of <lb/> rebellion in this country desire to express <lb/> loyalty to Your Majesty's Throne and to the <lb/> constitution of the United Kingdom.  They deplore the spirit manifested in <lb/> the rising in Dublin, with the distressing <lb/> loss of valuable lives: they sympathize <lb/> with all who have suffered, and rejoice <lb/> that order has been so speedily restored.  <seg type="closer"> Signed in the name of the Presbytery, <lb/> (Rev) Hugh F.
