                West End  Millstreet.    26.2.16   My Dear Cousin   I got you P.C. <lb/>this morning and the following <lb/>are the particulars you ask for <lb/>Landladies:â Mrs Harriett Orpen <lb/>24 Elgin Road <lb/>Dublin. <lb/> And Mrs Norman Thompson <lb/>Kindlestown <lb/>Delgany <lb/>Co. Wicklow.

              Acres. 140 <lb/>Rent. Â£66.0.0 <lb/>Board of Works Annuity Â£13.0.0 <lb/>yearly. And the date of eviction <lb/>is 26<hi rend="superscript">th</hi> of February 1908 <lb/>exactly this day eight years.  I must say that I am anxious <lb/>to know for what purpose you <lb/>want the above information. <lb/>As our P.P. Canon Casey <lb/>wrote to the agent (H.D.M. Barton, <lb/>The Bush, Antrim.) a few <lb/>weeks ago asking if he

              would accept my aunt that is <lb/> my stepâmother as tenant if <lb/>a settlement was arrived at and <lb/>the answer he got from the agent <lb/>was that <hi rend="underline">under any circumstances</hi><lb/><hi rend="underline">would he again deal with the</hi><lb/><hi rend="underline">Murphy</hi> Family.  But that he the agent  would be willing <lb/><seg type="del">to</seg> if our goodâwill was <lb/>bought out to let it to anyone <lb/>that would buy <seg type="del">it</seg> our Good will <lb/>Of course I need not say that <lb/>we will not surrender our

              claim as easily as that.
