                JOHNSTOWN  CO KILKENNY    16âVâ1916   Sir   I have a special permit from Mr Marks D.S. RSC <lb/>Castlecorner to travel by Motor in North Kilkenny <lb/>South Tipperary and Queens County. As I engage <lb/>a car by agreement with Mr Thomas Renihan <lb/>the garage Johnstown Co Kilkenny in my professional <lb/>duties as Medical Certifier to the National Health <lb/>Insurance Commissioners (Ireland) and also in my <lb/>private practice, I respectfully ask permission that <lb/>he  or I  be allowed permission to purchase petrol for <lb/>that purpose. Sergeant Hannon  R.S.C.  Johnstown Co Kilkenny <lb/>will be only too happy to facilitate me in every way. <lb/>Thanking you in anticipation of an early reply. <seg type="closer"> I am Sir <lb/>Your Obedient Servant  John J. Cormack </seg> Ack. &amp;reply that <lb/>permits for the purchase of <lb/>petrol are not issued from this <lb/>Dept. <lb/>I.J.T. 17.V.16.
